Of the eight layers, this is the only one on the outside. Whatever is true inwardly, this is how you stand when you are among people.
An introvert is not necessarily bad in front of people, and an extravert is not necessarily good at supporting anyone. Character (chapter one) and social standing are different things, and more people are mismatched than matched. That is why this layer is measured separately — nothing here is inferred from your character result.
